How we use your data

- Security: Prevent fraud, protect accounts, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improvement: Analyze site usage to improve search, recommendations, and performance.
- Marketing (optional): With your consent, we may send promotional emails about parts, new products, or offers. You can opt out at any time.
AI and automated features
We use AI-powered tools to help you find parts (e.g., chat assistant, search, and recommendations). When you use these features, your queries and any images you upload may be processed by AI service providers under our contracts. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Chat history may be stored to improve our services and assist with follow-up support.
