Terms of Service

Last updated: February 23, 2026

By using our parts store, you agree to these terms. In short: we sell new parts for agricultural equipment. You are responsible for verifying part fitment. Orders are subject to availability and pricing at checkout. Shipping and returns follow our policies below.

Ordering and payments

Prices shown are subject to change. The price you pay is the price at the time of checkout. Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT where applicable) are calculated and shown before you complete your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor.

Orders are not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders (e.g., for pricing errors or stock unavailability) and will refund any payment if we cannot fulfill your order.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control (weather, customs, etc.).

For heavy equipment parts and large shipments, please ensure a suitable receiving location and handling capacity. Claims for damaged or lost goods in transit must be reported promptly per the carrier's requirements.

Fitment and compatibility

You are responsible for verifying that parts fit your equipment. We provide fitment information (make, model, year) based on our catalogs and suppliers, but we do not guarantee compatibility. Equipment configurations vary; always confirm part numbers against your equipment's manual or dealer before ordering.

Returns due to incorrect fitment may be subject to restocking fees or refused if the part has been installed or modified. See our returns policy for details.

Warranty and returns

Parts carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. OEM parts follow the manufacturer's warranty terms. Defective parts may be returned according to our return policy. We do not sell used or refurbished parts unless explicitly stated.

For core exchange programs (where you return an old part for credit), specific terms apply as described at the time of purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinton Tractor & Implement Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, harvest delays, or equipment downtime) arising from the use or failure of any part. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the part in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Onondaga County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the current version was posted. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
